VAT Services Assistant

The VAT Services department is based within Weatherbys Bank and provides a VAT Return Service for Racehorse Owners. We are currently looking for a professional individual to join our team to provide administrational support and assist with the day to day running of the department.

The main responsibility of this role will be to provide accurate data checking and inputting skills while delivering excellent standards of customer service to a variety of clients from within the Racing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compilation of VAT returns including all correspondence and related tasks,
• Dealing with telephone enquiries

The ideal candidate will be computer literate, have strong numeracy skills, be able to work on their own initiative and possess organisational and time management skills.  Accounting experience would be beneficial but not essential.
