Customer Service Advisors

Weatherbys Bank is a private bank and part of a family owned group with a 240 year involvement in the horseracing industry. We are looking to recruit two individuals to work as part of our racing bank administration team.

Temporary Maternity Cover- Approx 6 – 12 Months
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to include payment/cheque processing, account administration as well as dealing with customer enquires via our telephone helpdesk. Excellent communication skills, the ability to multi task,and work efficiently and accurately under pressure are essential to meet our clients’ needs.

You will possess strong literacy and numeracy skills as well as being conscientious and professional in your work approach whilst providing the highest standards of customer service to our clients. Ideally you will be educated to A-Level standard. Banking experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

Trainee Customer Service Advisor
This trainee role requires excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn. You will be required to learn a variety of administration tasks and able to work on your own initiative. A high standard of verbal and written communication skills are essential. You will be educated to at least GCSE level or equivalent and be conscientious and professional in your work approach. Full training will be given.
