Work Life Balance

Weatherbys recognises the importance of a healthy work life balance in maintaining a positive and motivated workforce.

Flex has been designed to offer all employees the opportunity to benefit from a variety of initiatives designed to promote wellbeing in the workplace and facilitate a positive work life balance.

Examples include:

Annual Leave
All employees are entitled to 22 days of paid annual leave increasing each year by one day until the employee reaches 27 days.

Flexible Working
We offer working parents and carers the opportunity to work flexibly. We also offer part time working and job sharing, along with many other family friendly policies.

Childcare Vouchers
A childcare voucher scheme is in operation allowing all employees to benefit from reduced childcare costs. The vouchers are non taxable and exempt from National Insurance contributions allowing for substantial savings to be made.

Weatherbys Racing Club
This provides all employees the opportunity to purchase shares of a company racehorse; this includes the opportunity to attend training sessions and racecourses.

The company also has the benefit of RCA badges and Northamptonshire C.C.C. passes entitling entry to racecourses and Northamptonshire County Cricket Club.
