Race Verdict

Veloce seems to have turned over a new leaf this term and backed up his Haydock victory by going in again at Nottingham. Another bold bid can be expected, but it is only a matter of time before C&D winner MY ARCH cashes in on an attractive mark, as he's 11lb lower than when starting the season at Ripon and 10lb lower than when winning this race last summer. The hat-trick-seeking Blackstone Vegas is respected, along with French Hollow and Mojolika.
