Placed in seven of 17 starts. Beaten 1/2l by Irish Girls Spirit when second of 14 at 15-2 on his latest outing at Yarmouth over 5f (good to firm) earlier this month.
West Leake Hare has slipped to a fair mark and his latest third at Doncaster over 6f suggested he could be ready to strike soon. This is his first attempt over the minimum distance and on really testing ground, however, so the safer option appears to be GHAZEER, who revelled in the mud when scoring in good style over C&D a fortnight ago. He has gone up 5lb for that but is lightly raced and there could be more to come. Seventeen Seventy was also successful off a 5lb lower mark latest but that was over 6f.
