Race Verdict

MAGIC DESTINY was impressive when scoring by 4-lengths on similarly soft ground at Haydock last week and a 6lb penalty may not be enough to stop her following up if she can reproduce that level of performance. There was only a short-head splitting Act Your Shoe Size and No Poppy (who has won at Carlisle since) when that pair met at Thirsk last month and there shouldn't be a lot to choose between them again, while Newmarket scorer Negin adds extra spice to the race.
