Gunner Rose and Ginger's Lad finished one-two here last time and there should be little between them on the revised terms, whilst Shan Blue, also a C&D winner last time on his chasing debut, looks to have been harshly rated for that success. Zhukov, returned to action quickly after scoring at Fontwell just three days ago, may be denied a follow-up by a 7lb penalty and a chance is taken with SAVES TIME. He's shown promise in novice hurdle company and it's interesting that Jonjo O'Neill introduces him into handicap company for this fencing debut. Market support would strengthen confidence.
