Winning two-year-olds added to Guineas Horses in Training Sale
The Richard Fahey-trained two-year-old winners CULLINGWORTH and SPRINGWOOD have been added to the Horses in Training section of the Tattersalls Guineas Breeze Up & Horses in Training Sale as ‘Wildcards’. Catalogued as lot 83 and lot 84 respectively, the duo will be consigned from Fahey’s Musley Bank Stables.
The two-year-old KODIAC colt CULLINGWORTH broke his maiden on his second start when victorious at Redcar on April 11, earning a ‘Timeform’ rating of 77p in the process.
Stablemate SPRINGWOOD, a two-year-old son of ZEBEDEE also broke his maiden on his second start when winning at Pontefract on April 18. ‘Timeform’ have rated him 76p on the back of that effort and indicated that he ‘will go on improving’.
The pair join the POWER colt who was added to the ‘breeze’ section of the sale as lot 244A from Willie Browne’s Mocklershill.
Catalogues for the Guineas Breeze Up & Horses in Training Sale are out now and available from Tattersalls and Tattersalls Representatives as well as online at www.tattersalls.com. The ‘breeze’ takes place on Thursday April 28 at 9am at Newmarket Racecourses’ Rowley Mile with the sale starting on Friday April 29 at 10am.
