Goffs UK Managing Director Tony Williams commented on the initial entries:

“Goffs UK and Aintree Racecourse have been very fortunate to have enjoyed what has been a dream start for The Aintree Sale. The inaugural sale two years ago was an immediate success in the ring, with 2017 following suit, and to see graduates such as Samcro, Black Op, Topofthegame, Blackbow etc. all perform at the highest level is the best advertisement for the concept.

“Such outstanding racecourse results, and another superb selection of horses catalogued next Thursday, will give buyers every confidence in their search for their next champion and we look forward to offering a truly exciting catalogue in the Winners Enclosure after racing on day 1 of Aintree’s Randox Health Grand National Festival.”
