Trainer Stuart Edmunds will wait until later in the week before deciding whether to send Wolf Of Windlesham to Cheltenham or Doncaster on Saturday.

A runaway winner on his hurdling debut at Ludlow in October, the Mastercraftsman gelding stepped up to Grade Two level for the JCB Triumph Hurdle Trial at last month's Open meeting at Cheltenham and showed a good attitude to keep his unbeaten record over jumps intact.

The three-year-old could return to Prestbury Park for another Triumph Hurdle Trial this weekend, but has the bet365 Summit Juvenile Hurdle at Doncaster on the same afternoon as an alternative.

Edmunds said: " I am not totally sure yet whether Wolf Of Windlesham will run at Cheltenham on Saturday as he is also entered at Doncaster on the same day.

"We are currently looking at both races. We know he acts at Cheltenham, so that may mean it comes out on top. He seems good since his win at The Open and we know he gets up the hill.

"If he goes to Cheltenham, he will have to carry a penalty and things are going to get tougher with him now."
