Wednesday's meeting at Ludlow is subject to a further inspection at 2pm today.
Officials initially assessed conditions at 8am after seeing 64 millimetres of rain since Friday and the track is described as heavy.
Some isolated flooding is also reported but with an improved forecast, officials will check conditions again later today.
