Thursday's meeting at Leicester will have to pass an 8am inspection on Tuesday if it is to go ahead.
Both the chase and hurdles tracks are reported to be waterlogged in places following seven millimetres of rain overnight.
Further rain is a possibility ahead of the meeting so officials will make a full assessment on their prospects on Tuesday.
