Saturday's meeting at Gowran goes ahead after passing a 3pm inspection.
Clerk of the course Paddy Graffin was concerned when it began snowing on Friday morning on top of already heavy ground.
However, the snow stopped and Graffin feels conditions are positive enough that another look in the morning is not required.
"I was pleasantly surprised when I walked the track, and it is fit for racing," said Graffin.
"It's a great tribute to the sterling work done by the staff here despite all the worst of the weather that's been thrown at us.
"The forecast is pretty good and, unless there is a rogue shower, we won't have any problems.
"There is no plan at the moment to have a precautionary inspection in the morning, and the forecast is good."
