A superb catalogue featuring some outstanding entries will be offered at this year’s Goffs UK Spring HIT/P2P Sale at Doncaster on 22 – 23 May with the line-up including three high-end dispersals and horses-in-training and point-to-point drafts from the leading owners and trainers.

The catalogue shapes as the strongest in recent years and will offer a larger line-up of 541 horses this year. The opening day will offer horses-in-training followed by the dedicated point-to-point/form horse session which will be taking selected supplementary nominations up to the time of the sale. The second and final day will offer horses-in-training.

The Grech & Parkin Partnership will offer the largest of the three dispersals with 29 unreserved entries on the second day featuring four Gr.2 winners and a number of promising up-and-coming horses – view the digital catalogue here. The second day will also offer the Brittas House Stud Dispersal with nine unreserved entries featuring attractive unraced stock and promising young form horses. The annual dispersal of the Million In Mind Partnership will be held on its traditional opening day slot and will offer six horses this year – all of which have won on the track.

The sale will also offer quality horses-in-training drafts from the leading owners and trainers including Alan King, Colin Bowe, Colin Tizzard, Dan Skelton, David Pipe, Godolphin, Harry Fry, Jessica Harrington, Juddmonte Farms, Monbeg Stables, Nicky Henderson, Nigel Twiston-Davies, Oliver Sherwood, Philip Hobbs, Richard Gilbert, Sam Curling, Shadwell Stud, Stuart Crawford, Warren Greatrex, Willie Mullins etc.

Goffs UK Managing Director Tony Williams commented:

“2019 is shaping as a vintage year for this sale with some outstanding horses already catalogued and more high-end pointers and form horses to be supplemented in the coming two-weeks.

“The catalogue has real strength and depth and the Brittas House Stud, Grech & Parkin and Million In Mind Dispersals in particular are sure to attract a large buying bench of purchasers from around the world. The results this sale has achieved in the last few years, namely a 91% clearance rate and a £280,000 top price in 2018, have meant we have been very well supported once again and the sale’s popularity has led to us producing its largest catalogue in over a decade.

“We are very much looking forward to a big three days at Doncaster for the 2019 Spring Sale which will commence with the Store Sale on 21 May with a quality catalogue of 264 three-year-olds and the Spring HIT/P2P Sale which will be held the two days following on 22 – 23 May.”
