Weatherbys have appointed James McHale to head up their Bloodstock Division in what is seen as a significant strengthening of the existing team's resource.
With over 2 million horses on their database Weatherbys Bloodstock Services are the leading provider of bloodstock pedigrees and data in Europe and supply data and pedigrees to all the the major European Bloodstock Sales.
The same division last week released the Global Stallions App, in partnership with Blood Horse, and having undergone a major redesign of their bloodstock data systems they are currently developing an exciting range of new products and services.
James was founder, and director, of Progeny Stallions Ltd, and has held a number of senior management positions working with s
everal high profile clients within the industry.
He has extensive bloodstock knowledge, gaming and betting industry experience, and an understanding of EU sports database copyright law. In his earlier career, he was the top ranked management trainee in 2009 on the Darley Flying Start Programme and Assistant Trainer to Ian Williams
