Goffs UK Managing Director Tim Kent commented:

“The January Sale has taken big steps forward in recent years and as it hosts the UK’s only NH mare and foal session, we have worked hard to ensure it remains a leading outlet for the category. We have once again been well supported by UK and Irish breeders and have a strong line-up this year which is sure to attract owners, trainers, pinhookers and breeders from throughout Europe.

“The sale’s P2P/Form Horse Session has attracted the cream of the Christmas and New Year pointers and bumper performers with early entries featuring some superb horses, headlined by Timmy Hyde’s Keskonrisk and Vanillier. Group 3 Hurdle winner Soviet Pimpernel is also another headline lot and one that is sure to attract plenty of attention with his multiple Cheltenham Festival entries.

“We look forward to further enhancing the horses-in-training section with supplementary entries over the coming weeks.”
