Johnny Weatherby

Johnny Weatherby

Chairman

Johnny Weatherby joined Weatherbys in 1979. He was seconded to the Jockey Club as a Director from 1990-1992, and returned to Weatherbys as Chairman of the Group and the Bank in 1993. He is Her Majesty’s Representative and Chairman of Ascot Racecourse, and a Member of the Jockey Club.

Roger Weatherby

Roger Weatherby

Chief Executive
Roger Weatherby, M.Sc., joined Weatherbys as a non-executive Director in 1993. He joined the group board as an Executive Director in 1998 and became Chief Executive of Weatherbys Bank in 2000. Prior to joining Weatherbys, he worked for Cazenove & Co. He is Senior Steward of The Jockey Club.
Andrew Turberville Smith

Andrew Turberville Smith

Finance Director and Chief Operating Officer
Andrew Turberville Smith ACA, joined the Board in 2006. Previously he was regional finance director for Towergate Partnership and prior to that he spent 10 years in investment banking with JO Hambro Magan, Natwest Corporate Finance and latterly Hawkpoint Partners. He was a member of the FCA's Smaller Businesses Practitioner Panel for six years until March 2015, acting as chairman for the last two years. He originally qualified as a chartered accountant in 1991 with Price Waterhouse.

Private Banking Director
Adrian Crichton, BA, MBA, Private Banking Director, joined the board in September 2006 from Barclays Wealth Management division. He has extensive experience of wealth management in the UK and abroad, latterly as a Director of Barclays International and Private Banking.
Quentin Marshall

Quentin Marshall

Deputy Head of Private Banking

Quentin Marshall, MA (Oxon.), deputy head of Private Banking, joined Weatherbys from Coutts in 2015 where he was Head of Advisory, Investment Services, and deputy chairman of the Investment Strategy Committee.  Previously he worked at UBS for sixteen years in investment banking and wealth management. His clients included the Republic of Indonesia, several of the largest UK quoted companies, family owned companies and family offices.

Nicholas Ryder

Nicholas Ryder

Director
Nicholas Ryder joined the board as Executive Director in 2011, having previously sat on the Weatherbys Bank board as a non-executive Director for 10 years. He joins us with a wealth of investment experience gained during Directorships held at Cazenove Capital Management, previously Thornhill Holdings Ltd, Gerrard and King Ltd and Cater Allen Holdings PLC. Nicholas holds several outside Directorships.
Brian Bourne

Non-Executive Director
Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, joined the Board in December 2013. An experienced Private Banker, retired in 2012 from a Managing Directorship in HSBC Private Bank.

Johnny Eddis, Non-Executive Director, joined the Board in 2007. He is currently Managing Director of N M Rothschild & Sons Ltd. For the last 6 years he has been Head of the Financial Services Group in the corporate finance division. Prior to that he qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG.
Matthew Timms

Matthew Timms

Non-Executive Director

Matthew Timms is Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer at E.ON, one of the world's largest energy providers. Matthew has a strong digital and commercial background and was previously in charge of Global Digital Commerce at SAP in London. He has been responsible for the digital business units and transformation programmes at various international banks and joined the Board of Weatherbys Bank Ltd as Non-Executive Director in 2016.
