Race Verdict

A novices' hurdle that isn't lacking intrigue can go the way of DORSET NAGA. Anthony Honeyball has enjoyed a profitable season in this sphere and his son of Alflora looks the value option at the forecast prices. Jump City is becoming increasingly frustrating to follow and Carrigmorna King looks vulnerable under a winner's penalty for Philip Hobbs, so a chance is taken on the six-year-old who will have learnt plenty from his first run over timber at Ffos Las last month.

Selection: Dorset Naga        Danger: Carrigmorna King        Alternative: Jump City
