Race Verdict

Tooka returned from a year off to score at Towcester last month and a 3lb rise looks fair so he is respected here but COOLBEG gets the nod. He won well over 2m at Leicester and there could still be some improvement left in him so a 7lb rise might be within his capabilities. Gee Dee Nen has been struggling this season but he could get involved if the application of blinkers sparks a revival. Ajzal also has possibilities.

Selection: Coolbeg        Danger: Ajzal        Alternative: Tooka
