Race Verdict

POLISKY may not have beaten a great deal when readily justifying prohibitive odds in a similar race here last month but he is clearly useful, as illustrated by his Grade 2 third to Fingal Bay back in November, and should prove too strong at this level once again. The other penalised runner in the field, Victor Leudorum, built on some promising previous displays when opening his account at Market Rasen and seems sure to figure again, with recent course runner-up Shantou Breeze making up the shortlist.

Selection: Polisky        Danger: Victor Leudorum        Alternative: Shantou Breeze
