Race Verdict

SMART STEP showed a good attitude when winning over 1m2f at Beverley last week and a 3lb rise doesn't look harsh so, with the drop to a mile no problem and soft ground ideal, she should go well again here. Ssafa got off the mark on the all-weather at Lingfield earlier this month and, only 2lb higher, she can take a hand back on turf this evening. She's A Character has each-way claims on her best form.

Selection: Smart Step        Danger: Ssafa        Alternative: She's A Character
