Race Verdict

AMMUNITION isn't getting any younger at the age of 12 but Nigel Twiston-Davies' horses are in good nick at present and it would be no surprise to see the C&D winner bounce back. The first-time blinkers may help sharpen him up and he has come right back down to a workable mark of 109, but Referent and Sea Saffron aren't just here to make up the numbers and must be taken seriously on recent form.

Selection: Ammunition        Danger: Sea Saffron        Alternative: Referent
