Race Verdict

STONEFIELD FLYER signed off last season with a creditable Group 3 fourth at Ascot in October and would take plenty of beating if capable of reproducing that level of form in conditions company on his seasonal return. Vocational is closely matched with the selection on official figures and is respected after finishing a head second in Group 3 company on his penultimate start at Kempton last year. Free Zone has a fitness advantage over the aforementioned pair and, although stepping up in grade, appeals most of the remainder.
