Race Verdict

CUBAN PIECE meets all of these rivals on much better terms than he would in a handicap and although his recent form has been rather uninspiring, he should still take all the beating dropping to plating class today. Leopard Hills has not been at the top of his game of late either but he would have claims here if bouncing back to for, while Desperate Times would be of interest if there was confidence behind him in the betting market.

Selection: Cuban Piece        Danger: Leopard Hills        Alternative: Desperate Times
