Race Verdict

Silicon Valley stepped up on her debut effort to finish runner-up over this C&D last week and she probably just about sets the standard on form. However, she comes up against some interesting newcomers in the shape of Run It Twice and SIR PRANCEALOT. Brian Meehan's Dark Angel colt is one to monitor closely in the market but slight preference is for Richard Hannon's newcomer who has already shown enough at home to merit an entry in next year's Derby.

Selection: Sir Prancealot        Danger: Run It Twice        Alternative: Silicon Valley
