Race Verdict

Cut The Cackle overcame a very awkward start to win at Yarmouth and may prove good value for just a 3lb rise, while Da'Quonde is up the same amount for finishing second to Sandwith at Hamilton last month. Secret City is 6lb higher for his Thirsk success, but preference is for LUCKY DAN, who has been raised 7lb for winning at Chester, but the manner of that emphatic triumph suggests he's far from done with yet.

Selection: Lucky Dan        Danger: Cut The Cackle        Alternative: Secret City
