Race Verdict

With a few looking to have chances in this maiden, PERFECT DELIGHT receives what is only a tentative vote. Clive Cox's charge has been knocking hard to the door recently and showed when beaten half-a-length into third at Windsor in April that she does handle soft ground. Gold Show has edged closer to the target in each of her three starts so far and ought to figure prominently here, while Disposition is worthy of consideration representing a stable that has won a division of this race for the last two years.

Selection: Perfect Delight        Danger: Gold Show        Alternative: Disposition
