Race Verdict

Nevertika filled the runner-up berth over C&D off this mark 15 days ago but was soundly beaten and it may be best to look elsewhere, possibly in the direction of SHORT SUPPLY. Tim Walford's mare flopped on the level earlier this month but she was knocking on the door over timber prior to that and this looks a good opportunity to open her hurdles account. Momkinzain found only one too good at Perth latest and is another to consider, along with Desolait.

Selection: Short Supply        Danger: Nevertika        Alternative: Momkinzain
