Race Verdict

Richard Fahey won this race 12 months ago and he has strong claims of a repeat courtesy of BOOM AND BLOOM. The Lawman filly made a debut full of promise when going down by only half a length in a 6f Newcastle maiden, form which has subsequently been boosted emphatically by the third, and he should have come on for that initial experience. Mandy Lexi has shown ability in her three outings but the biggest danger may be Cracking Choice, who shaped nicely when staying on for second first time out.

Selection: Boom And Bloom        Danger: Cracking Choice        Alternative: Mandy Lexi
