Race Verdict

PETROCELLI was having his first outing for over a year when narrowly going down to subsequent winner Eastward Ho on heavy ground at Ripon last month and, providing he's gone the right way since that comeback run, a 3lb rise in the ratings may not be enough to stop him going one better today. Tazaamun is the obvious threat having stepped up on all previous form when second on fast ground here recently, but Kyllachykov is also considered a major threat.

Selection: Petrocelli        Danger: Tazaamun        Alternative: Kyllachykov
