Race Verdict

Rasselas has dropped to a handy mark and he can get involved if putting his best foot forward, but a tentative verdict goes to URSUS. He has been far from disgraced on his two runs this season and should be cherry-ripe now. His last win came over 6f here almost two years ago but he is 6lb lower now and soft ground is no problem. Whats For Pudding, Georgebernardshaw and Alpha Tauri are all considered in a wide open handicap.

Selection: Ursus        Danger: Rasselas        Alternative: Alpha Tauri
