Race Verdict

ROCKET ROB ended a long losing run at Bath last month and, with his confidence now restored, it is quite possible he can make light work of a 2lb rise to follow up as he's still well treated on the pick of his best turf form. Le Toreador got the better of Showboating when scoring over track and trip recently but may struggle to confirm those placings off 3lb worse terms. Long Awaited and Pearl Blue arrive out of sorts but are feasibly handicapped and cannot be ruled out while a market move for Quality Art, who debuts for a new yard, would also be interesting.

Selection: Rocket Rob        Danger: Pearl Blue        Alternative: Long Awaited
