Michael Metcalfe (3)
Mrs K Burke

Successful twice at 1m on soft ground. Won on her latest outing when 11-8fav at Haydock over 1m (soft) earlier this month, beating Bella Noir by 4l. Carries a 6lb penalty today for that success. Has won twice at Haydock this season.

Race Verdict

MAGIC DESTINY was impressive when scoring by 4-lengths on similarly soft ground at Haydock last week and a 6lb penalty may not be enough to stop her following up if she can reproduce that level of performance. There was only a short-head splitting Act Your Shoe Size and No Poppy (who has won at Carlisle since) when that pair met at Thirsk last month and there shouldn't be a lot to choose between them again, while Newmarket scorer Negin adds extra spice to the race.

Selection: Magic Destiny        Danger: No Poppy        Alternative: Act Your Shoe Size
