Call Centre Services

Through our modern Call Centre facility, we are able to offer services to several organisations.

The majority of this work is carried out on behalf of the British Horseracing Authority, since much of the pre-race information for racing under Rules is built up via telephone calls from and to trainers, jockeys’ agents and others.

We were also able to provide a solution when the industry wished to improve the way in which horses had been claimed out of Claiming and Selling Races. Previously, all such claims were handled at the racecourse, but it was felt that the market could be expanded considerably, and the process made more useful to owners and racecourses, if claims could also be made by telephone. These days, all claims are made by telephone call to Weatherbys, our computers determine the successful claimant. This work we do for the Racecourse Association.

Many Point-to-Points now opt to use the entries processing service offered by the Point-to-Point Racing Company, who, in turn, engage our team to receive the entries and compile the lists of runners.
