• The Promoter of this prize draw is Weatherbys Bank Limited, Sanders Road, Wellingborough, NN8 4BX (the “Promoter”).
• The Promoter is offering those who provide their up to date contact details by 31 May 2020  a chance to win lunch in the Weatherbys Private Box at either Ascot or Newmarket Racecourse, on a date to be mutually agreed. This prize will be hosted by a representative of Weatherbys Racing Bank and includes entry into the racecourse and lunch for up to 4 people.
• The fixture date is to be agreed by both parties, but Weatherbys Bank will make the final decision. Weatherbys Bank also reserves the right to change the agreed date at any given time without prior notice.
• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and have an active Weatherbys Racing or Racing Plus Bank account. This promotion is not open to any employees of the Promoter or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this prize draw.
• One entry allowed per person. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.
• No purchase is necessary to enter this promotion.
• The promotion is open to entries from 09:00 on 27 April 2020 until 23.59 on 31 May 2020.
• There is one prize to be won. The prize is non-negotiable, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.
• The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition without prior notice.
• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
• The winner will be notified within 1 week by email or telephone. If a winner fails to respond within five working days, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines the prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.
• Please allow 28 days for confirmation of the Prize from the date of claiming Prize.
• The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
