This afternoon's meeting at Sedgefield has passed a second inspection and goes ahead as planned.
The ground is heavy after the track sustained eight millimetres of rainfall on Thursday and into the night.
And though an early-morning inspection proved inconclusive, clerk of the course Paul Barker was able to give the meeting the thumbs-up at the second attempt.
