Graham Ayres, FCCA, joined the Board in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer, became Managing Director in 2013. Graham is responsible for Weatherbys Limited and its subsidiaries in the UK and Ireland, which includes Weatherbys Scientific.

Joined the Company in 1993. Responsible for communications, media relations and commercial ventures.

Responsible for legal and corporate governance matters. Joined company 1994.

Joined the company in October 2015 to head up the Racing Division. Patrick joined Weatherbys from Phumelela, South Africa’s largest horseracing and tote betting business, and was formerly Chief Executive at Plumpton racecourse for eight years.

Roger Weatherby, M.Sc., joined Weatherbys as a non-executive Director in 1993. He joined the group board as an Executive Director in 1998 and became Chief Executive of Weatherbys Bank in 2000. Prior to joining Weatherbys, he worked for Cazenove & Co. He is Senior Steward of The Jockey Club.

Graham was appointed non-executive director in November 2013. He is a former chief executive of Robert Dyas Holdings. He has extensive board-level experience in the retail and leisure sectors, including roles as chief executive at Esporta PLC and finance director at First Leisure Corporation PLC and BHS PLC. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

David was appointed non-executive director in 2016. He has over 37 years’ experience of working in IT and Operations across multiple industries for international businesses such as Diageo, GlaxoSmithKline, Reuters, and National Grid. 

David is currently a non-executive director of HSBC Bank plc, Nuffield Health, Cooperative Insurance and FDM Group plc. He also sits on the Board of the Department of Work and Pensions and is a trustee of The Tech Partnership Limited.
