Uncle Mo added three Grade 1 winners to his already lengthy list of top-class performers this year.

Adare Manor took the Clement L Hirsch Stakes at Del Mar, Arabian Knight scored in the Pacific Classic at the same track and A Mo Reay struck in the Beholder Mile at Santa Anita to make it 14 elite winners for the sire in total.

The son of Indian Charlie, who stands at Coolmore’s Ashford Stud in Kentucky, is the source of a bumper 188 black-type horses altogether.

He had five yearlings sell for seven-figure sums this year, headed by a half-sister to multiple Grade 1 winner Shedaresthedevil bought by John Stewart for $2.5 million and a half-brother to Pacific Classic hero Collected purchased by Zedan Racing for $2m.

Uncle Mo stands at a fee of $150,000 in 2024.
