Owner boost for Charlie Fellowes

Charlie Fellowes has been given a boost ahead of the start of the Flat season after receiving three horses from Classic-winning owners Saleh Al Homaizi and Imad Al Sagar.

The Newmarket handler has picked up a yearling filly by Lawman, along with unraced four-year-old filly Heiba, and three-race maiden Hirjan, who has been switched from the yard of William Haggas.

Fellowes said: "It's obviously a huge honour for such prestigious owners to send horses to me. I've seen a lot of Mr (Tony) Nerses (racing manager) up at the sales and have always got on well with him, but you can never presume anything until you get the phone call. I'm delighted to have them in the yard."

He added: "Both the older horses seem nice horses and I really hope they will be winning races this year."
