The meeting scheduled for Tramore on Tuesday has been cancelled due to waterlogging.
The card has already been lost once, having originally been set for New Year's Day.
An inspection on Sunday afternoon revealed the course to be unfit for racing.
A tweet from the track read: "Unfortunately the weather has beaten us for a third time and the race meeting for Tuesday Jan 26th is cancelled."
