Goffs have released the 3 day February Sale catalogue which will be held from Tuesday 7th to Thursday 9th February starting at 10 am daily. There are 750 lots with highlights including the first stage of the Ballymacoll Stud Dispersal, the final stage of the Wildenstein Dispersal and significant drafts from top class consignors such as Godolphin and Moyglare among others. Graduates of the sale include the 2016 Breeders Cup Turf Sprint winner Obviously (pictured) and Group 1 Royal Ascot winner My Dream Boat.

Ballymacoll have 5 fillies on offer including a filly by Dubawi out of multiple Group 1 winning mare Islington (Lot 498) and a half-sister to three group winners, headed by Group 1 winner Sir John Hawkwood (Lot 672) to be consigned by Jockey Hall Stud.  In addition to the Ballymacoll horses, Jockey Hall have some other eye-catching fillies by such sought after sires as Galileo, Dubawi, Shamardal and Fastnet Rock.
 
The sale begins on Tuesday 7th February with two-year-olds and older horses. These include Persuasion (Lot 19) a half-sister to five black type horses and a granddaughter of Pawneese, consigned by Castlebridge as part of the Wildenstein Stables Ltd dispersal, and 2011 Group 1 Dewhurst winner Parish Hall (Lot 84) consigned by Glebe House Stables.
 
There are over 400 weanlings on offer with a strong representation of pedigrees that will appeal to both National Hunt and Flat buyers. The weanlings will start at approximately 12.30 on Tuesday and run on through Wednesday with the breeding stock being offered on Thursday.
 
Flat sires include: Acclamation, Camacho, Camelot, Champs Elysees, Dandy Man, Dark Angel, Dawn Approach, Footstepsinthesand, Holy Roman Emperor, Intello, Kendargent, Kodiac, Kyllachy, Le Havre, Mukhadram, New Approach, No Nay Never, Siyouni, Slade Power and Zoffany.  
 
National Hunt sires include:  Ask, Beat Hollow, Califet, Fame And Glory, Flemensfirth, Mahler, Ocovango, Presenting, Saddler Maker, Shantou, Shirocco, Sholokhov, Westerner and Yeats.
 
Breeding stock lots on offer include mares in foal to Australia, Dark Angel and Dawn Approach with an emphasis among the major drafts on maiden fillies sired by Frankel, Street Cry, Sea The Stars, Azamour and many more.
