Gowran on snow alert before Saturday fixture
Gowran Park's meeting on Saturday is in doubt, with a 3pm inspection called for later today.
The going at the track is already heavy but raceable, but to compound matters snow is now falling in County Kilkenny.
Melting snow on already heavy going is likely to leave conditions very wet indeed and officials will know more this afternoon.
