Racing goes ahead at Doncaster this afternoon after a proposed 10am inspection was brought forward.
Course officials were slightly worried at 7am when snow started falling on Town Moor and began to settle.
By 9am it had started to melt away and the snow turned to drizzle, helping shift the white stuff.
The current going is described as good to soft, soft in places, with the seven-race card due to start at 2.10pm.
