Dartmouth and Diploma were reported to be in good form after landing in Canada ahead of Sunday's Pattison Canadian International card at Woodbine.
The duo, who are both owned by The Queen and trained by Sir Michael Stoute, will tackle the International and EP Taylor Stakes respectively and are in good spirits following their arrival on Monday evening.
Kerry Jones, who is in charge of the Stoute runners, said: "They haven't done that much travelling. They've really stepped up to the plate; they've handled it well."
Diploma is set to clash with the John Gosden-trained Swiss Range amongst others in the 10-furlong EP Taylor.
Andrew Stringer, Gosden's travelling head lad, said: "The first 12 hours she's settled in really well. She's eating well and drinking well.
"She just had a look around the track on Tuesday morning. She had a walk and trot around just to get her familiar with her surroundings. We're very happy with how she did that."
Roger Varian's Nezwaah is also set to tackle the EP Taylor, while Mick Channon's Divine is in line for the Nearctic Stakes, a six-furlong turf sprint.
A ssistant Jack Channon said: "Divine handled the trip perfect. Nothing bothers her.
"She's been to Dubai and Ireland before and takes it all in her stride. She's calm and collected and has eaten up and drank all her fluids. I'm very happy."
