Two permanent vacancies have arisen within the Equine Pillar for a Customer Service Advisor, forming part of the Customer Service & Administration Team. Both roles provide first and second-line customer support and administrative services to the Racing & Breeding industries.
Both positions are full-time, working 35 hours per week, on a variable working pattern across Monday – Sunday, 9.00am – 5.00pm. You will initially be required to work full-time from our Office in Wellingborough, after successful completion of probation, a hybrid working pattern can be reviewed.
This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with dynamic and passionate teams across the Equine Pillar, including Racing, Bloodstock, and the General Stud Book. The Equine Pillar is committed to upholding and advancing the highest standards in the industry.
Key Accountabilities:
· Race entries
· Ownership
· BHA accounts
· Racing & Studbook Registrations
· PASScard racecourseaccess
· First line customer queryresolution
· Manage and resolve queriesreceived via telephone and email in line with agreed SLAs
· Assisting with admin tasksalongside the administration team as business requires.
· RacingOperations (weight adding, coordinating tasks and help desk tasks).
Skill Requirements:
· Professional and polite telephone manner
· Good interpersonal and communication skills(written and verbal)
· The ability to prioritise workloads to ensuredeadlines are met
· Excellent customer service ethic and first-classadministrative skills
· Able to keep pace with updates to processesand procedures
· Ensuring the services provided to all customersare executed correctly and accurately
· Meticulous attention to detail
· The role will suit an individual who is aquick learner who is accurate and organised
· A flexibility of approach will also becritical in a fast-changing environment
· An understanding and interest in the racing& breeding industries would be beneficial but is not essential
